What level of fitness do you need to do ZUMBA?

Zumba is for all Fitness levels. Even if you have never exercised before or you have had a long break from exercise, ZUMBA allows you to take the class at your own pace in a comfortable and friendly environment. If you already have a good level or Fitness or you are working towards this goal, ZUMBA allows you to challenge yourself and push to improve on all aspects of Fitness…..so ZUMBA really is for everyone!

Do I need to have dance experience? do I need to have very good coordination?

You Don’t need either! ZUMBA is a Dance based Fitness class so like any Fitness class, there will be repetition and consistency. The class allows you to pick up the steps, get a good workout……and best of all…DANCE! Even if you feel like you don’t have much coordination, as long as you are moving your body and having fun, it doesn’t matter what direction you are going in!

What age is ZUMBA appropriate for?

All ages above 16. My personal client base ranges from 16 years old to 85 years old! The class is there for you to take at your own pace, go for it on the high Cardiovascular numbers or just go through the motion, its completely up to you!

What should I wear?

Wear anything that you would wear to the gym, comfortable work-out clothing, a comfy pair of trainers and bring a bottle of Water!
